Location & Info:
Mid-Michigan North of Jackson at Creek Ridge Campground
Def. sounds interesting! What is the mud like? All day/all night all the time? or limited amount of spaces / times, have to wait turns, etc? Anybody walk a newbie through the experience?
Looks like the hot ticket for me would be to fly into Lansing, get a hotel and make day trips down for Fri, Sat, Sun?
Got my camping spot booked! Can't wait to get into the mud again! Hoping the bog drains out before the mud weekend but will be more than happy to spend as much time in the other mud pits.
I have had something come up where I will have to be in Scottsdale July 30-31 but I am hoping it will work to fly from Phoenix to Detroit and I can pick up a Jackson hotel if the bunkhouse fills up too. Will probably arrange that now and see what's possible.
I stayed in a hotel down in Jackson and just drove up and did a day pass each day last year and it worked out great. So don't let the lack of cabins scare you folks away and they don't have any food on-site
Hey guys. Just found out that the cabins are all booked for the event. The bunkhouse still has some openings though. (Top bunk only) I've purchased my stay at the bunkhouse (top bunk as well) but I'm told there are still some openings left in the bunkhouse.
